Stripe

The Stripe toolkit integrates Stripe's payment and billing APIs into Arcade, enabling LLMs to manage products, pricing, invoicing, customers, payments, and refunds programmatically.

Capabilities

• Product & pricing management: Create and list products and prices, including auto-creating products when setting up prices.
• Customer management: Create and list customers in Stripe.
• Invoicing: Create invoices and invoice line items, list existing invoices, and finalize drafts to trigger payment collection.
• Payments & refunds: List payment intents, issue refunds against a payment intent, and retrieve the current account balance.
• Payment links & billing portals: Generate shareable payment links and create customer billing portal sessions for self-serve subscription management.

Secrets

STRIPE_SECRET_KEY — A Stripe secret API key used to authenticate all requests. Obtain it from the Stripe Dashboard under Developers → API keys. Use a secret key (prefixed sk_live_ for production or sk_test_ for test mode), not the publishable key. For least-privilege access, Stripe supports restricted keys — navigate to Developers → API keys → Create restricted key and grant only the permissions your use case requires (e.g., read/write on Customers, Invoices, Products, Prices, Payment Intents, Refunds, and Billing Portal Sessions). Never expose this key client-side.
